Sales can be returned and refunded within 5 business days of receiving your item domestically. there are no refunds on international items.
ITEMS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS IF AN ITEM NEEDS TO BE SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS AN EMAIL NEEDS TO BE SENT TO SALES@LAQUANSMITH.COM STATING THE AUTHORIZATION TO SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS ALONG WITH A VALID TELEPHONE NUMBER.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL AND UNUSED CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS/PACKAGING ATTACHED AND IN SELLABLE CONDITION.
Once items have been confirmed as shipped LaQuan Smith LLC is not responsible for loss, damages, or delays.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please be aware that because of the “pre-sale” nature of such transactions, you should expect a wait period of approximately four to six (4 to 6) months between the date you place your order and the date that the Product is ready for shipment. The estimated delivery window will be noted on the Product page of the respective product.
